  • Advanced Project Management skills, including Prince 2 and APMG Change Management Practitioner qualifications
  • Commercially and financially astute – full P&L responsibility for all aspects of an £11.5 million business unit for 3 years
  • Expert at designing and delivering in-person training: six years’ international consultancy in senior leadership and management development to businesses ranging from multinationals like HSBC and Microsoft through to mid sized organisations and start ups
  • Experience managing financial, regulatory and compliance training projects
  • Qualified in psychometrics: British Psychological Society Test User, Occupational Ability and Personality (formerly Level A and B)
  • Completing MSc in Organisational Psychology, with particular interest in training transfer and evaluation
